Returns

If you don't like or fit an item, you can, under certain conditions, return the goods ordered on AMUSELIEBE within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for all costs incurred in connection with the return.

*If the goods are lost due to your personal refusal to accept them, you assume all responsibility.

Before returning the goods, you must send us an email to service@amuseliebe.shop and return the goods to the address provided. Please also enclose the completely filled out return slip.

After we provide you with a return label or return address, you should ship the goods within 7 days and provide the order number and tracking number to service@amuseliebe.shop send. 

If we do not receive the above information within 7 days of providing the return address or label, the warehouse will reject your goods, your return will no longer be accepted and we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Important notice

At AMUSELIEBE, many items are secured with a one-time seal. These “seals” are firmly attached to the item. If the one-time seal has been removed, the right of withdrawal automatically expires and a return within the meaning of the statutory right of withdrawal is no longer possible. This is the only way we can guarantee that you always receive unworn and new goods from AMUSELIEBE.

If the condition of the returned items deteriorates - for example due to dirt, damage or missing labels - we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and, if necessary, to claim compensation within the framework of the statutory provisions.

Rrefund received

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email(service@amuseliebe.shop).Your return will be processed within 7 working days and the amount to be refunded will be automatically credited to the payment method specified when ordering within 14 days afterwards.

When the amount is credited back to your account, the bank automatically deducts a processing fee of 3-5% of the payment amount. This fee is charged by the bank and we have no influence on it. These costs will be deducted from the refund you receive.

Exchange

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to exchange items. If the item is available in the online shop in the desired color or size, we ask you to place a new order. You can return the original order (or individual items thereof) within two weeks. We will refund you the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
